Hi folks,
Here’s what’s been happening at Paysight since last March: new subscription insights, better tools for managing large MID setups, hosted checkout event hooks, new merchant recovery guides for both Shopify Payments & Stripe, and a quick event update from SubSummit 2026.

You can now get a clearer view of your subscription base, including active billing customers, churned subscribers, churn reasons, customers currently in retry flows, and other key subscription metrics.

Managing a growing number of merchant accounts just got easier with new filtering options in MID Management, helping teams find, review, and maintain accounts faster.

Hosted Checkout now supports event hooks for key checkout actions, giving teams real-time webhooks with structured payloads for automations, reporting, and external system syncs.
Customer care teams can now search transactions by phone number, including partial phone number matching, to find customer payments faster when limited information is available.
You can now create CIT retry strategies for insufficient funds transactions, with support for up to two immediate retry attempts at different price points to help recover more failed payments.
Paysight is at SubSummit 2026 in Kansas City from May 13–15.
Pedro Teixeira, our Payments Solutions Consultant, is here this week and is open to meeting subscription brands, e-commerce operators, and partners who want to discuss payment operations, subscriptions, routing, checkout, and recovery.
You can meet us at Booth #726 or book a time directly.

We also published two new practical guides for merchants dealing with processor shutdowns, held funds, and payment account termination issues.
This guide breaks down what merchants can do when Stripe terminates an account, freezes funds, or holds payouts, and how to approach recovery without worsening the situation.

This guide covers what merchants should check first, what documents to prepare, and how to approach recovery after a Shopify account termination.

Next month, we’ll also be at Shoptalk Europe in Barcelona. If you’re attending and want to talk about payments, subscriptions, checkout optimisation, or recovery flows, let’s find a time to meet.
A few larger updates are already in the works, and the next releases look very strong.
Soon, Paysight users can expect expanded Hosted Checkout capabilities with 3DS, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, a new Subscribe & Save flow for Shopify, automated Card Updater support to reduce failed rebills, plus new native integrations with CelerisPay and Stripe.
More flexibility for checkout. More tools for recurring revenue. Less payment friction.
We’ll share more in the next Paysight Lens.
